Welcome to an Introduction to Sports Psychotherapy.

We are delighted you’ve chosen to learn more about how psychotherapy can be applied in sporting environments, and hope you enjoy your learning experience.

As this is an introduction to Sports Psychotherapy, you will learn the key fundamentals of what Sports Psychotherapy is, whilst considering the role of a Sports Psychotherapist and how you might operate when working with individuals, teams and clubs in professional sport.

We will take you through some of the issues you might face whilst working as a Sports Psychotherapist, along with some of the concerns commonly experienced by players.


 


Instructions

This introductory level course has been designed to be easy to navigate, comprising of 6 learning modules which will each feature a series of videos and presentations.

We wanted to make this an informative learning experience, so there are no questions or quizzes to interrupt your enjoyment.

There is no rush to complete your learning. You can access the materials at any time, from any screen connected to the internet, and you’ll have access to the material for 12 months. We feel it’s important to complete each module in order. You can pick it up again at any time, day or night, and continue where you left off.
